Hello fellow earthlings! My name is Morgan Davis and I was born and raised in Southern California. I went to school for most of my youth in a town called Rancho Cucamonga and finished my last year of high school in Fallbrook. I am about to receive my B.A. in history at CSUSM and I'm now trying to get into the credential program there.
My experience with technology is somewhat limited to e-mailing, music and video editing software, and internet surfing. I probably would be a Mac person if they weren't so freakin expensive compared to a PC, but I really don't know why people have to differentiate themselves from one another that way, it's kind of ugly. I depend on technology pretty much on a daily basis, although I'm not sure if that is wise or not considering people have gotten along fine without it for the last 10,000 years. I'm using the new version of microsoft windows or at least I was until I blinked... see there they go again, guess I got to fork over some more money to the man so I can get the new new version.
Among the different goals on the CSUSM mission statement is the goal to be a life long learner. All the other goals can be relagated to having to get someone elses permission to acclomplish, while being a life long learner is a state of mind that no one can control or give you permission to procede with. As far as the other blogs are in this class I like them all, they are very professional looking. Many of them look as though the students in this class are pro bloggers that probably spend many hours creating their sites on myspace or face book.
